Google Play Store ve Apple App Store kuralları ile KVKK/GDPR veri gizliliği yönetmelikleri uyarınca, VocUp kullanıcılarına hesaplarını ve tüm ilişkili verilerini kalıcı olarak silme hakkı sunmaktayız. Verilerinizi silmek için aşağıdaki yöntemlerden birini kullanabilirsiniz.
Yöntem 1: Uygulama Üzerinden Silme (Önerilen)
Eğer telefonunuzda VocUp uygulaması yüklü ve erişebilir durumdaysa, en hızlı ve güvenli yol bu işlemi doğrudan uygulamanın içerisinden başlatmaktır:
- Cihazınızdan VocUp uygulamasını açın.
- Sağ üst köşedeki veya menüdeki Ayarlar (Çark simgesi) bölümüne gidin.
- Sayfanın en altına kaydırın ve "Hesabı Sil" (veya "Delete Account") butonuna tıklayın.
- Açılan onay kutusundaki uyarıları okuyarak işlemi onaylayın.
İşlemi onayladığınız anda cihazınızdaki tüm yerel ilerlemeleriniz ve buluttaki (Firestore) veritabanı kayıtlarınız anında ve kalıcı olarak temizlenecektir. Bu işlem geri alınamaz.
Yöntem 2: E-posta ile Silme Talebi
Eğer uygulamayı telefonunuzdan sildiyseniz veya uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa, verilerinizin silinmesini yazılı olarak da talep edebilirsiniz:
- Lütfen black.mound.apps@gmail.com e-posta adresimize "Hesap Silme Talebi" başlıklı bir e-posta gönderin.
- Bizimle paylaştığınız e-posta adresini veya uygulama içi "Kullanıcı Adı" bilginizi e-postada belirtin ki hesabınızı doğru bir şekilde tanımlayabilelim.
- Talebiniz ekibimize ulaştıktan sonra 7 iş günü içerisinde ilgili tüm verileriniz sunucularımızdan tamamen silinecektir. Silme işlemi tamamlandığında tarafınıza bilgilendirme e-postası gönderilecektir.
Önemli Bilgilendirme: Abonelikler Hakkında
Çok Önemli Not: Uygulama içerisinden hesabınızı silmeniz veya e-posta yoluyla silme talebinde bulunmanız, Google Play Store veya Apple App Store üzerinden başlattığınız aktif ve tekrar eden aboneliklerinizi OTOMATİK OLARAK İPTAL ETMEZ. Mağaza ödeme kuralları gereği, gelecekteki ücretlendirmeleri önlemek için aktif aboneliklerinizi doğrudan cihazınızın hesap ayarlarından (Apple Store / Google Play -> Abonelikler) bizzat iptal etmeniz gerekmektedir.
Account and Data Deletion

In full compliance with Google Play Store, Apple App Store guidelines, and KVKK/GDPR data privacy regulations, VocUp guarantees its users the right to completely delete their accounts and all associated data. You can follow one of the methods below to permanently delete your data.
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the VocUp app installed on your device, the fastest and most secure way to delete your data is directly from the settings menu:
- Open the VocUp app on your device.
- Navigate to Settings (Gear icon in the menu).
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap the "Delete Account" button.
- Read the warning messages and confirm your request in the dialog box.
Upon confirmation, all your local study progress and backups stored in our cloud databases (Firestore) will be permanently and instantly wiped. This action is irreversible.
Method 2: Email Deletion Request
If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access the app, you can submit a deletion request via email:
- Please send an email to black.mound.apps@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Specify your registered email address or "Username" in the email body so we can identify your account accurately.
- Once received, your account and all related data will be permanently cleared from our servers within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Important Notice: Regarding Premium Subscriptions
Crucial Note: Deleting your account from within the app or submitting a request via email DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL your active recurring subscriptions on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To avoid future billing, you must manage and cancel your subscriptions manually in your app store account settings (Apple Store / Google Play -> Subscriptions).
