Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları sözleşmesi, VOCUP uygulamasını ("Uygulama") ve buna bağlı web servislerini kullanımınızı yasal olarak düzenlemektedir. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları tamamen kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

VOCUP, kullanıcıların yabancı dildeki kelime dağarcığını geliştirmelerini sağlayan kapsamlı bir mobil eğitim asistanıdır. Uygulama; kelime listesi oluşturma, kişiselleştirilmiş quiz yapma, gelişim istatistikleri sunma ve çevrimdışı çalışma (Premium) gibi özellikler sunar.

2. Kullanıcı Hesapları

Uygulamamızdaki bulut senkronizasyonu vb. bazı gelişmiş özelliklerden faydalanabilmek için Apple veya Google hesabınızla giriş yapmanız gerekebilir. Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliği ve hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen her türlü etkinlik doğrudan kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.

3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara ve yasalara uymayı kabul edersiniz:

Uygulamayı yalnızca kişisel eğitim amaçlı ve yasalara uygun kullanmak
Uygulama kodları üzerinde tersine mühendislik yapmamak veya kopyalamamak
Uygulama sunucu altyapısına, güvenliğine veya veritabanına zarar verecek işlemlerden kaçınmak
Uygulamayı Root edilmiş, Jailbreak yapılmış, modifiye edilmiş işletim sistemlerinde veya yetkisiz emülatörlerde çalıştırmamak (Güvenlik politikamız gereği bu cihazlarda erişiminiz kalıcı olarak kısıtlanabilir)
Sözlük veya kelime paylaşımlarında genel ahlaka aykırı girdiler oluşturmamak

4. Premium Abonelikler ve EULA Şartları

VOCUP, ek özellikler sunan premium abonelik seçenekleri barındırır. Çevrimdışı ders çalışma/kelime kartlarına erişim gibi gelişmiş araçlar yalnızca aktif premium aboneliğe sahip kullanıcılar tarafından kullanılabilir.

Abonelik işlemleri Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden RevenueCat altyapısı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilir. Apple App Store üzerinden yapılan abonelik ve satın alım işlemleri doğrudan Apple'ın standart EULA (Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi) şartlarına tabidir. İade, faturalandırma ve iptal işlemleri tamamen ilgili mağazanın abonelik yönetim kurallarına uygun olarak gerçekleştirilmelidir. Abonelik iptalleri ve geri ödeme (refund) işlemleri doğrudan Apple App Store veya Google Play Store hesap ayarları üzerinden yapılmalıdır. VOCUP, doğrudan bir geri ödeme işlemi yapma yetkisine sahip değildir. İptal edilen abonelikler, fatura dönemi sonuna kadar kullanılmaya devam eder.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

VOCUP uygulamasının tasarımı, logoları, kaynak kodları, kelime veritabanı yapısı ve sunulan tüm web içerikleri telif hakları ile korunmaktadır. Önceden yazılı izin alınmaksızın bunların herhangi bir şekilde kopyalanması, paylaşılması veya ticari amaçla kullanılması kesinlikle yasaktır.

6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

VOCUP uygulaması kullanıcılara "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulmaktadır. Kelimelerin çevirileri, ses dosyaları veya telaffuz işlevlerinin her koşulda %100 kusursuz çalışacağını veya sunucuların kesintisiz erişilebilir olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Teknik arızalardan veya yanlış kelime eşleşmelerinden kaynaklanan herhangi bir doğrudan veya dolaylı zarardan firmamız sorumlu tutulamaz.

7. Değişiklikler

Hizmet kalitemizi yükseltmek adına bu kullanım koşullarını önceden bildirim yaparak veya yapmaksızın güncelleme hakkımızı saklı tutarız. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlandıktan sonra yürürlüğe girer. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

8. V-Power (Can Sistemi) ve Sanal Öğeler

Uygulama içerisinde kullanıcıları teşvik etmek amacıyla "V-Power" (can) adlı sanal bir sistem kullanılmaktadır. Testler sırasında yapılan hatalar V-Power puanınızın düşmesine neden olabilir. V-Power canlarınız zamanla kendiliğinden yenilenir veya ödüllü reklam izlenerek geri kazanılabilir. Premium aboneliğe sahip kullanıcılar sınırsız V-Power hakkına sahiptir ve hatalarında canları eksilmez. Aboneliğin sona ermesi durumunda V-Power sistemi standart sınırlı işleyişine geri döner.

9. Yaş Sınırı

VOCUP her yaştan kullanıcı için uygundur (4+). 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılar Uygulamayı ebeveyn gözetiminde kullanmalıdır.

10. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Kullanım Şartları, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabi olacak ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanacaktır. Bu Şartlardan doğacak her türlü uyuşmazlıkta İstanbul Mahkemeleri münhasır yetkiye sahip olacaktır.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the VOCUP application ("App") and its related web services. By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

VOCUP is a comprehensive mobile educational assistant designed to help users expand their foreign language vocabulary. The App offers features such as word list creation, personalized quizzes, learning progress tracking, and offline study access (Premium).

2. User Accounts

Accessing certain advanced features such as cloud backup and synchronization may require you to sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree to comply with the following usage rules and guidelines:

Use the App only for personal, non-commercial, and lawful educational purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or modify any part of the App
Not attempt to disrupt the security, databases, or server infrastructure of the App
Not run the App on Rooted, Jailbroken, or modified operating systems, or unauthorized emulators (Your access may be permanently restricted on such devices per our security policy)
Avoid creating abusive or inappropriate entries in your custom dictionaries

4. Premium Subscriptions & EULA Disclosures

VOCUP offers premium subscription options that unlock advanced features. Certain tools, including offline study and priority local database lookups, are strictly reserved for active premium subscribers.

Subscriptions are processed and managed through the respective Apple App Store or Google Play Store using the RevenueCat billing system. Subscription transactions made through the Apple App Store are fully subject to Apple's Standard EULA (End User License Agreement). Cancellations, refunds, and billing inquiries must be handled through your app store account settings. Subscription cancellations and refund requests must be handled directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. VOCUP does not have the ability or authority to process refunds directly. Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, branding, logos, source codes, proprietary word database, and all web contents of the VOCUP application are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any part of the App is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

VOCUP is provided to users "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that word definitions, pronunciations, or cloud sync services will be uninterrupted or 100% error-free. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. V-Power (Lives System) and Virtual Items

A virtual system called "V-Power" (lives) is used within the App to encourage users. Mistakes made during quizzes may cause your V-Power points to decrease. Your V-Power lives regenerate automatically over time or can be regained voluntarily by watching rewarded ads. Users with a premium subscription have unlimited V-Power and their lives do not decrease upon mistakes. In the event of subscription termination, the V-Power system reverts to its standard limited operation.

9. Age Restriction

VOCUP is suitable for users of all ages (4+). Users under the age of 13 should use the App under parental supervision.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts.
