Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları, VOCUP uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenlemektedir. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

VOCUP, kelime öğrenmenize ve kelime dağarcığınızı geliştirmenize yardımcı olan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama, kelime listeleri oluşturma, quiz yapma, istatistik takibi ve bulut senkronizasyonu gibi özellikler sunar.

2. Kullanıcı Hesapları

Bazı özellikler bir Google hesabı ile giriş yapmanızı gerektirebilir. Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliği sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hesabınızla ilgili şüpheli bir etkinlik fark ederseniz lütfen bize bildirin.

3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdaki kurallara uymayı kabul edersiniz:

Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanmak
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, kopyalama veya değiştirme girişiminde bulunmamak
Uygulamanın güvenliğini veya işlevselliğini bozmaya çalışmamak
Diğer kullanıcıların deneyimini olumsuz etkileyecek davranışlardan kaçınmak

4. Premium Abonelik

VOCUP, ek özellikler sunan premium abonelik seçenekleri içerebilir. Abonelikler, ilgili uygulama mağazası (Google Play Store veya Apple App Store) üzerinden yönetilir ve işlenir. Abonelik işlemleri Apple App Store üzerinden gerçekleştiğinde Apple'ın standart EULA sözleşmesine tabidir. İptaller ve geri ödeme talepleri ilgili mağazanın politikalarına tabidir; Apple kullanıcıları için iadeler Apple Destek üzerinden yönetilir.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

VOCUP uygulamasının tasarımı, logosu, kodu ve içeriği telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır. Uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümünü izinsiz kopyalamak, dağıtmak veya değiştirmek yasaktır.

6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

VOCUP, uygulamayı "olduğu gibi" sunar. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez. Uygulama kullanımından kaynaklanan doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

7. Değişiklikler

Bu kullanım koşullarını önceden bildirim yaparak veya yapmaksızın değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Güncellenmiş koşullar bu sayfada yayınlanacaktır. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, değişiklikleri kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the VOCUP application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

VOCUP is a mobile application designed to help you learn vocabulary and expand your word knowledge. The App offers features such as creating word lists, taking quizzes, tracking statistics, and cloud synchronization.

2. User Accounts

Some features may require you to sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the security of your account information. Please notify us if you notice any suspicious activity related to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree to comply with the following rules:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App
Not attempt to disrupt the security or functionality of the App
Avoid any behavior that negatively impacts other users' experience

4. Premium Subscription

VOCUP may offer premium subscription options with additional features. Subscriptions are managed and processed through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Subscription transactions made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's Standard EULA. Cancellations and refund requests are subject to the store's policies; for Apple users, refunds are managed through Apple Support.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, logo, code, and content of the VOCUP application are protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of any part of the App is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

VOCUP provides the App "as is." It does not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or error. It is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms with or without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on this page. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the changes.
