Vocup ("biz", "bize" veya "bizim") olarak, gizliliğinize saygı duyuyor ve verilerinizi korumayı taahhüt ediyoruz.

1. Toplanan Bilgiler

Uygulamamız temel olarak yerel öncelikli çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır, ancak bazı durumlarda veri toplama işlemleri gerçekleşebilir:

Kişisel Veriler: Doğrudan adres vb. kişisel kimlik bilgilerini toplamaz.
Cihaz Tanımlayıcılar: Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics ve Performance Monitoring, reklam kişiselleştirme, hata ayıklama (Crashlytics) ve analiz için anonim cihaz kimlikleri, reklam kimlikleri (IDFA/AAID) ve teknik veriler toplayabilir. Avrupa / KVKK kapsamındaki hesaplar için reklam tercihleri (UMP) dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içerisinden yönetilebilir.
Uygulama İçi Veriler: Kelimeler, listeler ve istatistikler yerel veritabanında saklanır ve bulut hesabınıza (Firestore) senkronize edilir.
Otomatik Güncellemeler: İçerik güncellemeleri (yeni kelimeler, düzeltmeler vb.) kullanıcı deneyimini optimize etmek için arka planda otomatik olarak gerçekleştirilir.

2. Verilerin Kullanımı

Verileri öğrenme sürecini takip etmek, bildirim göndermek ve seslendirme (TTS) özelliğini çalıştırmak için kullanırız.

3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Uygulamamız deneyiminizi geliştirmek ve ilgili içerikler sunmak için aşağıdaki hizmetleri kullanır:

4. İzinler

Uygulamanın tam işlevselliği için İnternet ve Bildirim izinleri gerekebilir.

5. Veri Silme ve Saklama

Kullanıcılar, uygulamadaki Ayarlar menüsü üzerinden "Hesabı Sil" seçeneğini kullanarak tüm ilişkili verilerini (kelime listeleri, ilerleme durumu vb.) kalıcı olarak silebilirler. Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Not: Bu işlem aktif aboneliklerinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmez; abonelik iptali için Google Play Store veya Apple App Store (Ayarlar > Abonelikler) ayarlarını kullanmanız gerekmektedir.

Privacy Policy

Vocup ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data.

1. Information Collected

Our application is primarily local-first, but data collection may occur in some cases:

Personal Data: No direct collection of PII (address, ID etc).
Device Identifiers: Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics and Performance Monitoring may collect anonymous device IDs, advertising IDs (IDFA/AAID), and technical data for ad personalization, crash reporting (Crashlytics), and analytics. Users in applicable regions can manage their ad consent (UMP) at any time through Settings.
In-App Data: Words, lists, and stats are stored in a local database and synced to the cloud (Firestore).
Automatic Updates: Content updates (new words, fixes, etc.) are performed automatically in the background to optimize your learning experience.

2. Use of Data

Data is used for learning tracking, notifications, and TTS functionality.

3. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following services to improve your experience and show relevant content:

4. Permissions

Internet and Notification permissions may be required for full functionality.

5. Data Deletion and Retention

Users can permanently delete all their associated data (word lists, progress, etc.) using the "Delete Account" option in the app Settings. This action is irreversible. Note: This action does not automatically cancel your active subscriptions; you must manage your subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store (Settings > Subscriptions).
